Pre-Construction
CONCEPTUAL PLANNING
We will have you complete our Design Discovery form (8–10 focused questions) to share your aesthetic tastes, functional priorities, desired timeline, and budget.
TAILORED CONSULTATION
We’ll meet in your home or in our showroom to review your responses and explore curated samples selected just for you. You’ll have up to seven days to live with them in your own space and lighting. As you experience the options, we’ll gather your feedback on color, texture, and tone - refining each detail until we’ve sourced the exact finishes that align with your vision and project needs.
PROPOSAL REVIEW/ APPROVAL
Within 48 hours of your consultation, you’ll receive a personalized floor plan and proposal clearly outlined, and ready for e-signature.
Construction
QUALITY ASSURANCE
We stay closely involved throughout the installation phase to ensure every detail comes together seamlessly. Whether it’s subfloor preparation or final plank placement, we’re here to oversee, advise, and uphold the integrity of what’s being installed.
SAFETY PROTOCOLS
On every project site, safety is non-negotiable. We follow the best practices. From dust control and proper ventilation to mindful equipment handling and protective coverings, we take proactive steps to minimize risk and disruption.

TEAM MANAGEMENT
At three critical milestones, we will conduct and document inspections to maintain our standards:

Pre-Installation: Moisture testing, subfloor flatness verification, and site readiness confirmation.

Mid-Project: Alignment checks, gap tolerance measurements, and pattern/layout compliance reviews.

Final Walk-Through: Visual and tactile inspection of installation and finish work. Any adjustments will be taken care of immediately.
Post-Construction
FINAL APPROVALS
We will guide you through a detailed walk-through and take note of any adjustments you'd like made. Any final adjustments are made immediately so you can begin enjoying your new floors and finishes without delay.
1-YEAR WORKMANSHIP GUARANTEE
Should any installation defect arise within the first year - whether it's a plank that shifts, a transition that loosens or there is inconsistency in the fastening - we'll correct it at no labor cost.
MATERIAL WARRANTY AND ONGOING SUPPORT
If a manufacturer's defect appears, we handle the entire claim on your behalf - submitting documentation, coordinating service, and arranging replacements. You never need to navigate warranty paperwork alone.
